Diane Aldridge

Diane serves as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for The Rams Club and is responsible for all legal and financial matters.

Diane graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UNC in 1988 earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She also attended UNC for law school and earned a JD with honors in 1994.

Prior to joining The Rams Club staff in 2002 Diane practiced law for over seven years, concentrating on corporate law, real estate law, and general commercial litigation. Diane is also a Certified Public Accountant, having worked with Ernst & Young in Raleigh before returning to law school to pursue her law degree.

A native of Cary, NC, Diane and her husband, Sid, live in Chapel Hill.

John Averette

John joined The Rams Club in May 2023 as a Graduate Assistant for Member Services. John’s primary responsibilities include assisting Rams Club members with tickets and donations, Annual Fund operations and stewardship initiatives surrounding gamedays and events.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at North Carolina State University in 2022. He spent three years working with Wolfpack Sports Properties while at N.C. State.

A native of Henderson, N.C., John now lives in Chapel Hill.

Jayne Barnwell

Jayne serves as the Gift Administrator for the Major Gifts team. In her role, Jayne supports the team’s efforts in fundraising, donor relations including cultivation and stewardship, athletic scholarship management, and student-athlete and donor events including FORevHER Tar Heels. As one of The Ram Club’s longtime employees, Jayne’s diverse experience has allowed her to work closely with the other teams within The Rams Club organization. Prior to The Rams Club, she worked for the UNC Football program assisting with game day events, football camps and recruiting, and supporting the strength and conditioning coaches.

Jayne graduated from NC Wesleyan College with a B.S. in Business Administration. Her career includes working as an Executive Assistant and Financial Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline and a Purchasing Agent at Duke Medical Center. She also has experience in marketing, sales, and has had a successful career in fundraising initiatives for various companies and organizations throughout the Triangle area.

A native of Durham, N.C., Jayne and her husband Mike, live in Mebane. They have two sons, Spence and Luke.

Brian Bersticker

Brian serves as the Director of Member Services, as well as part of the Rams Club Leadership Team. His primary responsibilities include coordinating the Member Services Team which oversees events, stewardship, tickets and parking, and hospitality.

Brian graduated from UNC in 2001 with a BA in Geography. He was a four-year letterman with the UNC basketball program during his time as a student-athlete. During his career Brian played in two Final Fours and won 2 ACC championships.

Prior to his current role with The Rams Club Brian spent 10 years working in the UNC Ticket Office as the Associate Director of Ticket Operations, as well as 4 years as the Director of Member Benefits with the Rams Club.

A native of Virginia Beach, VA, Brian currently lives in Durham with his wife Beth, a 2006 UNC graduate and Women’s Golf letter winner, and their sons, Grayson and Quinn.

Cathy Brickhouse

Cathy Brickhouse joined The Rams Club staff in July 2019, performing morning Reception Desk responsibilities. Along with her morning desk duties, Cathy assists member services and special events, as well as gameday events with The Rams Club.

Cathy moved to North Carolina in 1969. Her daughters were raised in Hillsborough, NC, and today, each one of them, along with her grandchildren, live in North Carolina. Trips to visit them occur often.

Prior to her employment with The Rams Club, Cathy worked in an administrative role with Smith Breeden Associates, for the Chairman of the Board, followed by Massage Envy at Southpoint and Cary Parkside. She also obtained her CNA certificate, then worked in a private duty setting. Earlier, she worked in the field of dentistry for 23+ years.

Cathy enjoys time with her family and friends, as well as antiquing, thrift shopping, travel, cooking, baking and entertaining.

Jordan Buck

Jordan coordinates with various teams on projects that advance our fundraising operation and manages a staff that supports the Principal and Major Gifts team. She joined The Rams Club staff in 2014 as a member of the former Carolina Fan Development Team.

Jordan graduated from N.C. State University with a B.S. in Sport Management. Prior to working for The Rams Club, she spent five seasons in Minor League Baseball, working for the Carolina Mudcats and the Gwinnett Braves in a variety of community relations and sales roles.

A native of Chapel Hill, Jordan currently lives in Durham.

Gary joined The Rams Club staff in 2013 and is responsible for the solicitation and cultivation of major gifts.

Gary graduated from UNC in 1982 with a BS in Industrial Relations. A three-time lacrosse All-America Selection during his time at UNC, Gary was a part of two NCAA Championships.

Prior to his work with The Rams Club, Gary worked in real estate development for East West Partners.

Gary resides in Chapel Hill with his wife Jami, a two time UNC-graduate. They have two children- Casey and Stephen. Casey, a 2010 UNC graduate and Morehead-Cain Scholar, was a member of two NCAA Championship UNC field hockey teams. Stephen also graduated from UNC in 2013 and was a member of the UNC Men’s Lacrosse team.

Karlie Cain

Karlie serves as the Director of the Annual Fund and Lead Annual Gifts. Her primary responsibilities include managing the annual membership cycle, strategizing new member campaigns to drive membership growth, managing The Rams Club’s lead annual giving level, and identifying opportunities to improve member retention. Additionally, Karlie serves as the fundraising liaison for Women’s Basketball.

Karlie graduated from Presbyterian College in 2014 with a B.A. in Business Administration. Prior to coming on board with The Rams Club, Karlie worked in fundraising and events at PC overseeing all university events, managing the senior campaign and maintaining a portfolio of recent graduate and leadership donors.

A native of Tega Cay, S.C., Karlie and her husband, Matt, live in Chapel Hill, N.C., with their daughter, Kennedy.

Brian Chacos

Brian’s primary responsibilities include the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital campaigns and sport endowments. Previously, Brian was the Director of Sales & Fan Development and Director of Scholarship Donor Development & Student-Athlete Relations.

Brian, a football scholarship student-athlete, graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2006 with a degree in Sociology. During his time at Carolina, the football team went to the Peach Bowl in 2001 and the Continental Tire Bowl in 2004. Brian’s father, Andy Chacos ’74, also played for the Tar Heels under Bill Dooley as a tight end.

Prior to working with The Rams Club, Brian was employed as a Technical Director for Insight Global Inc., an Account Executive for the Atlanta Falcons front office, a Business Development Executive for the Carolina Hurricanes front office, and an Executive for Sales/Marketing and Radio for WCHL.

Brian is involved with many local community organizations as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity – Orange County, NC, Board of Directors Member for The National Football Foundation – Bill Dooley Chapter, UNC Lineberger Community Engagement Committee Member, SECU Family House – YP Board Member, Board Of Directors Member and Ambassador for the Carolina Club, member of the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club.

A native of Darien, Conn., Brian now resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Courtney, their daughter, Zoe Violet and son Jasper.

Emily Coble

Emily serves as the Senior Director of Finance for The Rams Club, overseeing the day to day accounting functions. She is the contact person for stock and wire transfers. She helps maintain general ledger and accounting records, assist with financial reporting requirements, assist with the audit, budget, and tax preparation, and respond to other special requests and inquires.

Emily graduated from UNC in 1997 earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also graduated from UNC with a Master of Accounting in 1998.

Prior to joining The Rams Club staff in October 2015, Emily worked as Cash Manager for over seven years, with The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Emily is also a Certified Public Accountant, having worked with Stout, Stuart, McGowen & King, LLP in Burlington for 9 years before returning to UNC Chapel Hill to work as a Merchant Card Accountant for two years.

A native of Graham, N.C., Emily still resides there with her husband Rodney and their daughter Allee.

Sophia Czekalski

Sophia serves as a Communications Intern for the 2022-23 athletics year. She works closely with the Directors of Communications and Digital Communications to implement and assist in all communications efforts originating from The Rams Club.

Her primary responsibilities include implementing digital and social media marketing campaigns, weekly Member Update emails to 18,000+ Rams Club members and assisting in the creation of graphics for Rams Club channels and other publications.

Sophia graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2022 with a degree in Media and Journalism. During her time at Carolina, she worked for the Carolina Football program as a Football Video Student Manager. Her other previous roles include Sports Desk Staff Writer for The Daily Tar Heel and Student Reporter for the journalism school’s student-run sports broadcasting show, Sports Xtra.

Originally from Silver Spring, Md., Sophia now resides in Chapel Hill and enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with friends, family and her dog, Cam.

Savannah Cunningham

Savannah’s primary responsibilities as Office Intern for Carolina Athletic Hospitality include the hiring and managing of all staff members for football, basketball, and baseball game days. Outside of game days, Savannah assists with the execution of Blue Zone Events.

Savannah graduated with a BA in Sports Administration and Political Science with a minor in History in December 2021. She has been with CAH since 2017, working her way up from FANgineer to game day intern, and is excited to start in her new role as the Office Intern.

Originally from Greenville, NC, Savannah now resides in Chapel Hill with her dog Piper and cousin Katelyn.

Prior to her current role with The Rams Club, Lizzie served as the Director of the Annual Fund, Member Services Coordinator, Assistant Director of Ticket Operations for NC State, Ticket Office Assistant for UConn and Ticket Office student intern for UNC.

A native of Burlington, N.C., Lizzie currently lives in Hillsborough with her husband Zack, a two-time UNC graduate and Men’s Track and Field letter winner.

Alyssa Futrell

As Assistant Manager of Carolina Athletic Hospitality, Alyssa assists with the scheduling and planning of Blue Zone Events and assisting with game day hospitality operations.

Alyssa graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and US History. During her time at Carolina, she attended as many sporting events as possible. She also worked as a FANgineer, then game day intern with Carolina Athletic Hospitality, before accepting her current full time position with CAH.

A native of Lexington, N.C., Alyssa now lives in Chapel Hill.

Janine’s primary responsibility in The Rams Club is to serve as the Executive Assistant to John Montgomery. She assists with maintaining the office, John’s schedule and requests, and the scheduling of conference rooms in the Ernie Williamson Athletic Center. In her spare time, she enjoys attending UNC sporting events and walking.

Janine’s career began working as a dental assistant in Chapel Hill for over 15 years, and as an administrative assistant – for a large law firm here in Chapel Hill.

Janine is a native and current resident of Chapel Hill along with her husband, Lantz. They have two daughters, Courtney and Brittany.

Merionne Hunt

Merionne Hunt serves as a Member Services Intern, with responsibilities that include serving as the primary initial contact for current and prospective Rams Club Donors via phone and email, assist the Member Services team with daily operations, assist in the execution of The Rams Club’s annual membership cycle, attending all home football and basketball games as well as special events, and assist in the planning and coordination of game day member stewardship efforts.

Merionne earned her bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in May of 2022.  During her time at Catawba, Merionne assisted the Director of Athletic Development with the Catawba Chiefs Club and day to day operations within the Department of Athletics.  Merionne was a three-year member of the Women’s Tennis Team at Catawba College and served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. During Merionne’s senior year at Catawba, she served as a Development Intern with the Deacon Club at Wake Forest University working closely with the Associate AD, Principal Gifts and the Assistant AD, Annual Fund & Major Gifts.

A native of Albemarle, N.C., Merionne now lives in Chapel Hill.

Kim Jones

Matt Jones

Matt currently serves as a Senior Data Analyst working with both The Rams Club and Carolina Athletics. His primary responsibilities include data preparation, analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and impact of analytics initiatives.

Matt graduated from Carolina in 2016 with a dual bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Decision Sciences. Matt worked with the Women’s Soccer team during his four years in undergrad, including during their National Championship in 2012.

Matt continued his education at Carolina and graduated in 2018 with a master’s degree in Statistics. During his time as a graduate student, Matt continued working with the Women’s Soccer team and served as a data analyst intern with Carolina Athletics.

Originally a native of Kansas City, Mo., Matt has lived in Chapel Hill since 1997.

Ken Mack

Ken’s primary responsibility with The Rams Club as Senior Associate Executive Director include Major Gifts, parking, and ticketing.

Ken graduated from UNC in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology. While earning his degree he was a three-year letterman on the football team. Upon graduation he served the UNC football program for one year as a graduate assistant.

In 1982 Ken was named the running backs coach at the University of Virginia. He remained there for 14 years before returning to UNC in 1996. He served as an assistant coach until joining the Development Office as a Regional Development Officer in January 2000.

A native of Goldsboro, NC, Ken and his daughter, Alex, live in Chapel Hill.

Beth MacKethan

Beth serves as the Senior Philanthropy Officer for the Rams Club.  Beth specializes in complex charitable gifts that require some measure of tax, legal or financial planning. She partners with donors, their advisors, and other gift officers to cultivate and facilitate smart philanthropic strategies to support scholarships, capital projects, team support and other identified priorities of the Rams Club and its supporters.

Prior to joining the Rams Club team, Beth served as the Senior Director of Gift Planning at Carolina where she partnered with fundraisers campus-wide, including the Vice Chancellor of Development and the Principal Gifts team, to secure private support for the University. Prior to her work in development, Beth was a tax consultant at KPMG LLP and advised clients on a variety of tax strategies and compliance matters.

Beth received her B.A. in American Studies & English from William Smith College, her J.D. from North Carolina Central University, and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.  She is a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar.

A native of Chapel Hill, Beth lives in Mebane with her husband Alex and their family.

Lewis Mickey

Lewis’ primary responsibilities include the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital campaigns and sport endowments. Additionally, Lewis focuses on prospect discovery and analysis for the Major Gifts team.

Lewis has been with The Rams Club since 2019, serving as a full-time Graduate Assistant for the Member Services and Annual Fund teams and Development Associate for Major Gifts.

Lewis earned his master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration) from UNC in 2020. Prior to his time in Chapel Hill, Lewis worked in the athletic department at the University of Iowa, where he graduated with a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in Business Administration.

A native of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Lewis now lives in Chapel Hill.

John Montgomery

John Montgomery was named Executive Director of the Educational Foundation, Inc. in 2001. His responsibilities include oversight of a dynamic fundraising organization that provides educational and athletics opportunities for Tar Heel student-athletes. In 2009, he was named the Division I Fundraiser of the Year by the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD).

Prior to his time at the Rams Club, John led the fundraising efforts at Radford University, UNC Greensboro and Southern Methodist University.

He received his undergraduate degree from Radford before earning his master’s in Sport Administration from Western Illinois University.

A native of Pembroke, Va., John and his wife, Sharie, now reside in Pittsboro and they have two sons, Patrick and Ryan.

Eric Montross

Eric’s primary responsibility as Senior Director of Principal Gifts is to build strategic direction and execute Principal Gift fundraising efforts for the Rams Club. He also manages a process of Principal Gift goal setting and Principal Gift prospect management for Major Gift Fundraisers.

During basketball season, Eric provides color commentary for the UNC Men’s Basketball radio broadcast on the Tar Heel Sports Network, working alongside play by play announcer, Jones Angell.

Eric was a four-year scholarship student-athlete on the UNC Basketball team from 1990-1994. During his time at Carolina, Eric played in two Final Fours and was a member of the 1993 NCAA National Championship team. He was drafted ninth overall in the 1993 NBA draft by the Boston Celtics and spent 10 seasons in the NBA.

In addition to his work with The Rams Club and THSN, he and his wife Laura founded the Eric Montross Father’s Day Basketball Camp, with proceeds benefitting the UNC Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Eric serves on the boards of the two local non-profits; the Be Loud! Sophie Foundation and is board member and co-founder of Vaccine Ambassadors.

A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Eric and his wife Laura live in Chapel Hill.

Jaelynn Murray

Jaelynn Murray serves as a Communications Intern, with responsibilities that include social media content creation and graphic design for The Rams Club.

Before working with The Rams Club, Jaelynn Murray graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Information and Library Sciences and also obtained her master’s in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.

Jaelynn is originally from Columbia, S.C. and also was a student-athlete on the women’s basketball team for five years and decided that she wanted to stay in Blue Heaven. Go Heels!

Katie O'Shaughnessy

Katie serves as the Accounting Assistant and Gift Processing Administrator for the Rams Club. In this role, she is responsible for the accounts payable processes, as well as the posting of cash to the general ledger. She is also responsible for all the stock transactions.  Katie also assists with gift processing duties, and additional financial responsibilities as assigned.  

Katie graduated from Connecticut College in 1990, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and then from Indiana University in 1993, with a master’s degree in Sport Management and Marketing. 

Prior to joining the Rams Club, Katie worked as a teacher assistant for Orange County Schools for 11 years, and previously served as the head Women’s Soccer Coach at Western Michigan University. 

Katie lives in Hillsborough with her husband Patrick. They have two children, Meghan, UNC-Chapel Hill class of 2020, and Daniel, UNC-Chapel Hill class of 2023. 

Deanna Patrick

Deanna, a track and field scholarship student-athlete, graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining The Rams Club, Deanna worked as Childcare Director for the Metro Atlanta YMCA and as the School and Family Programs Director at Kidzu Children’s Museum in Chapel Hill.

A native of Casey, Ill. (The Little Town That Made It Big), she now resides in Chapel Hill with her husband, Jimmy, and their son, JT.

Seth graduated from UNC in 2005 with his master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration). He served in a number of roles with Tar Heel Sports Properties at UNC before joining The Rams Club in 2016. Prior to his time in Chapel Hill, Seth was a consultant for Accenture and also graduated from the University of Virginia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

A native of Newport News, Va., Seth now lives in Apex, N.C., with his wife, Wendy, and their two children, Jacob and Emily.

Jip graduated from UNC in 2016 with his master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration). He worked with Tar Heel Sports Properties at UNC before joining The Rams Club in 2017. In 2014, Jip graduated from Davidson College where he was a four-year letterman on the Wildcats baseball team.

A native of Davidson, N.C., Jip now resides in Chapel Hill.

Laura Caroline Rick

Laura Caroline serves as the Director of Communications, with primary responsibilities of coordinating major gift communications, print messaging and graphic design for The Rams Club.

Prior to joining The Rams Club, Laura Caroline served as the Communications, Marketing, and Website Coordinator for the UNC Greensboro School of Education and as the Assistant Director of Media Services for Campbell University Athletics.

A native of Autryville, N.C., and lifelong Tar Heel, Laura Caroline graduated from UNC in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in sports administration and earned a master’s degree in sports counseling from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2014. She lives in Greensboro with her husband, Ross, daughter Palmer Grey, and their dog and cat, Wrigley and Charlie.

Will Rimer

As the director of digital communications for The Rams Club, Will creates, develops and implements digital marketing campaigns.

After he graduated from Carolina in 2013 with a degree in journalism and German literature, Will worked as a production assistant at Fox Sports. He then served in a seasonal position with a professional soccer team in Charlotte as the director of operations before returning to Chapel Hill to work for the University, first with the journalism school then in the University’s central communications office. Jason joined The Rams Club in September 2021 as the gift processing administrator.

Jason graduated from Carolina in 2009 with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration), where he also was a student worker in the Ticket Office for UNC. Prior to joining The Rams Club, Jason served as Director of Ticket Services at East Carolina University, Associate Director of Ticket Operations for UNC and as a Ticket Office intern at Michigan State University.

A native of Whiteville, N.C., Jason currently lives in Durham.

Emily Stevens

Emily’s primary responsibilities include the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital projects and sport endowments. In addition, she leads fundraising for the scholarship endowment and FORevHER Tar Heels.

Emily graduated from UNC in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, double-major in Physical Education and Communication Studies. While an undergrad, Emily worked at the Phonathon, the Carolina Football Office with Coach Mack Brown, the North Carolina High School Athletic Association with the late great Charlie Adams and as intern in The Rams Club.

Emily received a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University in 1997. After graduate school, she interned at the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) with the National Association of Athletics Development Directors (NAADD) in Cleveland, Ohio, then worked as marketing manager at Host Communications, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, before returning to Chapel Hill as an account executive with Learfield at Tar Heel Sports Properties.

Since 2001, Emily has served in key Carolina fundraising roles across campus in the Office of University Development Office, the Arts & Sciences Foundation, the UNC Health Foundation and The Rams Club (2019).

Emily was born in Norfolk, Va., Tar Heel bred in Smithfield, N.C., and resides in Chapel Hill.

Kensley Sutton

Kensley serves as an accountant for The Rams Club and is responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Finance with all financial-related matters, including reconciling investments, tracking capital projects and various account reconciliations.

Kensley graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School. She then earned her Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler in 2021. During her time at Carolina, she worked in Football Recruiting & Operations, served as the Carolina Athletic Association President and served as the Chair of the Student Ram Advisory Board.

A native of Clinton, N.C., Kensley now lives in Raleigh.

Matt Terrell

Matt is the Chief Strategy & Communications Officer. In his role, Matt works closely with the staff and The Rams Club boards to develop best strategic practices for the organization. He also oversees the communications program for the organization.

Matt received his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College before earning a master’s in Sport Management from the University of Richmond.

Prior to his time with The Rams Club, Matt has worked in athletic departments at Davidson, SMU, and East Tennessee State, and enjoyed a previous stint with The Rams Club.

A native of North Carolina and current resident of Cary, Matt and his wife, Kat, have two daughters, Kaylee and Reagan.

Robin Ungano

Robin currently serves at the Human Resources liaison, providing payroll and benefit management to the Rams Club staff. Her previous role was supporting the Chief Operations Officer along with performing the afternoon Reception Desk responsibilities.

Robin graduated with a B.A. from the University of South Carolina. Prior to her work with The Rams Club, Robin was employed by IBM Corporation with 31 years of service. Her career primarily focused on providing financial, marketing, and administrative support to the Global Sales Executive Team.

Robin volunteers with Collie Rescue of the Carolinas. She assists with the care of the Collies available for adoption and educates adults and children on the requirements of responsible dog ownership.

A native of Spotswood, N.J., Robin and her husband, Greg, reside in the community of Silk Hope.

Keana Upshaw

Keana’s primary responsibilities include the cultivation and solicitation of lead annual gifts to support the Annual Fund. Additionally, Keana focuses on prospect discovery and assisting in stewardship strategy for lead annual giving levels.

Keana has been with The Rams Club since 2021, serving as a full-time Graduate Assistant for the Member Services team and then the Assistant Director of Stewardship.

Keana is earning her master’s degree in Sport Administration from UNC. Prior to her time in Chapel Hill, Keana worked in ticket sales for athletics at the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated in 2018 with a degree in Finance and Marketing.

A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Keana now lives in Chapel Hill.

Mallory Warrick

Mallory, a former women’s golf student-athlete at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, graduated from UNCW in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration. Mallory also graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2016 with a master’s degree in Sport & Entertainment Management.

Prior to joining The Rams Club, Mallory worked in finance and with several other collegiate athletic departments. She served in the athletic business office at both Clemson University and the University of Virginia. She also spent time as the Assistant Director of Development for the Seahawk Club at UNCW.

A native of Wilson, Mallory now lives in Chapel Hill.

Sarah Watson

Sarah serves as the Director of Stewardship. Her primary responsibility is developing and managing a comprehensive stewardship plan to ensure all gifts to The Rams Club are appropriately acknowledged and recognized. She works to create personalized touches for donors that demonstrate the life-changing impact of their giving. Additionally, Sarah supports the FORevHER Tar Heels Mentor Program, which provides our women student-athletes with a unique opportunity to establish relationships with successful Carolina alumnae and donors.

Sarah earned a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science – Sport Administration from UNC in 2015 and a M.A. in Sport Administration from UNC in 2020. During graduate school, she served as a Graduate Assistant for The Rams Club, primarily assisting the Member Services team before being promoted to Assistant Director of Stewardship. Prior to joining The Rams Club staff, Sarah worked for UNC Health, UNC Athletic Event Management and the UNC Athletic Ticket Office.

A native of Lumberton, N.C., Sarah now lives in Chapel Hill.

Connor serves as the Director of Ticketing and Parking for The Rams Club. He was hired in April of 2022.

Connor graduated from the University of Kansas in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a business minor. Connor also graduated from Texas Christian University with his MBA in 2020.

Prior to joining The Rams Club, Connor served as the Director of Ticket Operations at Baylor University. Before Baylor, Connor was the Graduate Assistant for Ticket Operations at TCU.

Dawn serves as Assistant Director of the Major Gifts team, assisting with membership communication, stewardship, special events and fundraising.  Previously, she worked as a Development Associate for the Major Gifts team.

She is a graduate of Peace College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a B.A. in Speech Communications. Prior to joining the Rams Club staff, Dawn worked in the UNC Football Department as the morning receptionist, and as an assistant for Game Day recruiting events.

Dawn Is originally from Oxford, N.C., and currently resides in Chapel Hill. She has three daughters: Taylor, Meredith and Emily.

Mary Brooke graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and then continued to receive a degree in Accounting from Guilford College in 2011. Prior to coming to work for the Rams Club in 2015, she worked in tax accounting, and as a Financial Analyst/Accountant for a large educational publishing firm in Greensboro, N.C. Originally from Siler City, N.C, Mary Brooke currently resides in Chapel Hill and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
