Jip leads The Rams Club’s major gifts team, providing strategic leadership on philanthropic efforts with Carolina Athletics’ most generous supporters. He cultivates relationships with Rams Club donors to inspire impactful giving for Carolina Athletics priorities. Jip also serves as the primary fundraising liaison to the Baseball, Swimming & Diving, Men’s & Women’s Tennis programs, and secondary fundraising liaison for Football and Men’s Basketball.

Jip worked with Tar Heel Sports Properties (Learfield) at UNC before joining The Rams Club in 2017. He graduated from Carolina in 2016 with his master's degree in Sport Administration. In 2014, Jip graduated from Davidson College where he was a four-year letterman on the Wildcats Baseball team.

A native of Davidson, N.C., Jip now resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Kelsey, and their dog, Milo.
