Jip's primary responsibilities include the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital campaigns and sport endowments. Jip also works as the fundraising liaison to the Fencing, Rowing, and Swimming & Diving programs.

Jip graduated from UNC in 2016 with his master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration). He worked with Tar Heel Sports Properties at UNC before joining The Rams Club in 2017. In 2014, Jip graduated from Davidson College where he was a four-year letterman on the Wildcats baseball team.

A native of Davidson, N.C., Jip now resides in Chapel Hill.
