Karlie serves as the Director of the Annual Fund and Lead Annual Gifts. Her primary responsibilities include managing the annual membership cycle, strategizing new member campaigns to drive membership growth, managing The Rams Club's lead annual giving level, and identifying opportunities to improve member retention. Additionally, Karlie serves as the fundraising liaison for Women's Basketball.

Karlie graduated from Presbyterian College in 2014 with a B.A. in Business Administration. Prior to coming on board with The Rams Club, Karlie worked in fundraising and events at PC overseeing all university events, managing the senior campaign and maintaining a portfolio of recent graduate and leadership donors.

A native of Tega Cay, S.C., Karlie and her husband, Matt, live in Chapel Hill, N.C., with their daughter, Kennedy, and son, Wesley.
