Kenan Seat Upgrades
A new online process that allows Carolina Football season ticket holders the option to explore main bowl seat/parking upgrades in the years between the Kenan Seat Selection process.
We are excited to announce Kenan Seat Upgrades – a new online process that allows Carolina Football season ticket holders the option to explore main bowl seat/parking upgrades in the years between the Kenan Seat Selection process.
As a Rams Club member with season tickets, you have the exclusive opportunity to secure – and possibly upgrade – your main bowl Football season tickets and parking for 2026. Season ticket renewals are on sale from January 27 to March 6. During that time, you can lock in your current (2025) seat location for the 2026 season and opt in to explore upgrade opportunities for your seat or parking locations, as availability allows.
Here's How it Works:
- Complete your Membership – As long as you have completed or scheduled to complete your membership gift at the same membership level, your seats and parking locations from 2025 are guaranteed to you in 2026. Your 2025-26 membership gift must be completed or scheduled by March 6 to be eligible to participate in Kenan Seat Upgrades.
- Renew your 2026 Football Season Tickets – Look for an email this month from Carolina Athletics to renew your Carolina Football season tickets. To renew your 2026 Carolina Football season tickets, follow the link in the email, visit goheels.com/tickets, or call the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-722-4335.
- Opt in to Kenan Seat Upgrades – During the renewal process, you can opt in to Kenan Seat Upgrades – and possibly improve your main bowl seat or parking location. Every season ticket purchaser who opts in to Kenan Seat Upgrades will be given access at a select time (based on your Rams Club membership rank) to view all open seating and parking availability for 2026. Similar to the Kenan Seat Selection process, if you see a location you like more, you can move your seats and/or parking. If you do not see a better option, your 2025 location is guaranteed for renewal (as long as you have not downgraded your membership level). Seats in premium spaces are not eligible for the Kenan Seat Upgrades process.
Important Information about Kenan Seat Upgrades
- You must opt in to Kenan Seat Upgrades in order to participate. This opt-in opportunity is offered on your online ticket renewal, as well as in the paper application. Again, your existing seats and parking locations are already locked in. If you opt in to Kenan Seat Upgrades, your seats and/or parking will only move if you choose to move them during the selection process. The choice is yours!
- Opting in to Kenan Seat Upgrades does not automatically move your seats.
- The process will take place in this spring, with your online access time being shared with you in the weeks following the renewal deadline.
- Seats in premium spaces are not eligible for the Kenan Seat Upgrades process.
As always, regardless of participation in the Kenan Seat Upgrades, you must complete your 2025-26 membership gift to receive your tickets and/or parking for the 2026 season.
