Cindy currently serves as the Human Resources Director, overseeing hiring and onboarding and providing payroll and benefit management to the Rams Club staff.

Cindy graduated from Binghamton University in 2017 where she was a two-time captain on the Bearcats swim and dive team. In 2022, Cindy earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

Prior to arriving at Chapel Hill, Cindy spent three years at St. Bonaventure University, mostly recently, as the Assistant Athletic Director for Business and Finance from 2021-2023. Prior to that, Cindy held the Compliance Coordinator role in 2020. Cindy spent two years at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) as the Director of Championships from 2018-2020 and the 2017 and 2018 seasons with the New York Giants as the Community Relations Intern and Legal/Human Resources Intern.

A native of Princeton, NJ, Cindy resides in Chapel Hill.
