Karlie Cain serves as the Director of the Annual Fund & Lead Annual Gifts, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight for annual giving and membership initiatives. In this role, she guides a team focused on member acquisition, retention, and engagement, while developing innovative processes that strengthen fundraising operations across The Rams Club. Karlie also offers strategic oversight for leadership annual giving levels and serves as the fundraising liaison for Carolina Women’s Basketball.

Karlie graduated from Presbyterian College in 2014 with a B.A. in Business Administration. A native of Tega Cay, S.C., Karlie and her husband, Matt, live in Chapel Hill with their two children, Kennedy and Wesley.
