My time as a Tar Heel Women’s Basketball scholarship student-athlete was nothing short of amazing. As we like to say, choosing Carolina isn’t just a four-year decision, it’s a 40-year decision. After my time at UNC, I now understand what this really means: Carolina is, and forever will be, home.

A special shout out and a big thank you goes out to all The Rams Club donors for supporting my journey both on and off the court. Trust me when I say, your support elevates the experience of every student-athlete who puts on that Tar Heel uniform.

While at Carolina, I also had the opportunity to be in the first cohort of the FORevHER Tar Heels Mentor Program; it was one of the best things that could have happened to me. After tearing my ACL, having Jennifer Lynne Williams ‘04 as my FORevHER Mentor was a blessing; her experiences helped guide me through the healing process. The network this program provides our women student-athletes embodies the full spirit of the Carolina Family.

As a woman in Carolina Athletics, FORevHER signifies a huge investment in my personal and professional development. Not a day goes by where I don’t feel loved, supported, and empowered by the Carolina family. It is a pleasure to learn from the best each day.
