Seth Reeves was named Executive Director of the Educational Foundation, Inc. in September 2025. He oversees one of the country’s most successful collegiate athletic fundraising teams – one that provides world-class educational and athletic opportunities for Tar Heel student-athletes.

Prior to his role as Executive Director, Seth was The Educational Foundation’s Chief Revenue and Operations Officer, where his primary responsibilities included the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital campaigns, and sport endowments.

Seth graduated from UNC in 2005 with his master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Sport Administration). He served in a number of roles with Tar Heel Sports Properties at UNC before joining The Rams Club in 2016. Prior to his time in Chapel Hill, Seth was a consultant for Accenture and also graduated from the University of Virginia, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Commerce.

A native of Newport News, Va., Seth lives in Apex, N.C., with his wife, Wendy, and their two children, Jacob and Emily.
