The new in the east end of Kenan Stadium will offer impressive new premium seating, including an upscale club area called the Upper Club. The 600 seats in the Upper Club will be located on the fourth floor of the The Loudermilk Center for Excellence, and will offer outstanding views of the playing field, the Bell Tower, and all of beautiful Kenan Stadium. The outdoor seats are supported by a climate-controlled indoor lounge area with food and beverage service, luxurious amenities and exclusive restrooms.
Upper Club Amenities:

- Indoor lounge spanning the length of the club seating area, featuring climate control, comfortable furnishings and flat screen televisions. |

- Pre-game buffet style meal will be included in the season ticket price. |

- Access to exclusive club level restrooms. |
|
- One parking pass for every 1-4 loge seats. |

- Exclusive access to club level only by club seat ticket holders. |
|
- Tax deduction and cumulative Rams Club donation credit will be awarded for a portion of the seat lease. |
|
- Individual Carolina Blue chair-back seats. |
*Season ticket and parking costs are NOT included in the Upper Club seat lease price.
Donation/Lease Conditions:
An Upper Club seat lease is $2,000 per seat per year. Lease options of three, five and ten years will be offered. Annual seat leases will escalate during the term of the contract at the following rates:

- 3 Year Lease: 4% per year |
*Upper Club seat holders must be active members of The Rams Club at the Big Ram level or higher.
