How do I join or renew?
Anyone can become a member and enjoy the benefits of membership by making a donation of $100 or more. To make a gift or pledge, you can call the Rams Club office at 919.843.2000, or do so online when you click the link for Join.

Why should I give?
One of the many sources of pride for Carolina fans is the high level of success enjoyed by each program. That level of success would not be possible without the scholarship support offered to the more than 450 student athletes at UNC. That level of support would not exist with the scholarship endowment yield alone – annual gifts go a long way in keeping Carolina sports alive.

How do I get tickets to Carolina football and basketball?
Rams Club members have first priority for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball.  All Rams Club members are notified of ticket opportunities and deadlines before the general public.

How do I get parking at games?

Members at the Big Ram level ($1,000) and higher can secure reserved parking with the purchase of football season tickets. Members who have season tickets for basketball through an endowment also receive parking privileges as part of their membership.

Is an annual gift required to receive seat priority at Kenan Stadium?

Yes. Members at the Rameses level ($500) and higher receive priority location of a designated number of football seats (dependent on level) as long as they maintain a membership in the Rams Club.

How do I improve my seat location?

Seat assignments are based upon The Rams Club Point Priority System.  Your point total will continue to grow through annual contributions, which help you try to improve better seats.  For more information on what point levels are necessary to move to a desired seat location, call the Rams Club office at 919.843.2000. Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. All gifts to the Rams Club are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law. For deductibility, please consult your tax adviser.

How do I get my login and password to access my account online?
If you do not remember your login or password, please contact The Rams Club to obtain your login information. 

If you forgot your password, please click the "Forgot Your Password" option on the login page.  This will send your password to the email address on file with The Rams Club.  If you are a current member, do not click "create account" because it will open a brand new account in your name and will not show your priority points from your established membership.

When is my Annual Fund contribution due each year?
The Annual Fund runs on the calendar year : January to December.  Some members choose to pay in January while others pay in December.  As long as your contribution is made by December 31st of each membership year, your account stays active.

Why should I update my contact information?
Keeping your information up-to-date is valuable to all members, as much of our correspondence is sent via email and regular mail.  Update your information to guarantee you receive membership benefits. You can update your info by logging in to your account profile online (click here to login) or by calling The Rams Club at 919.843.2000.

I was a member in the past, but my account has been inactive for years. How can I re-join?
It is important for you to re-activate your past membership, to keep your priority points.  Even if you have not been an active member recently, most likely you still have an account with us.  Please contact our office at 919.843.2000 or ramsclub@unc.edu to reactivate your Rams Club membership.



What is GoHeels TV?
GoHeels TV is an audio/video streaming subscription based service for Carolina Athletics events facilitated by our web services provider Neulion.  Visit each individual sport’s page to see which events can be heard/watched via GoHeels TV.

You can sign up for GoHeels TV by visiting the Audio/Video tab on the top of the right side of GoHeels.com.  All support requests and billing questions should be directed
here to set up a support ticket. 

GoHeels TV Technical FAQs

Video can only be utilized through a high-speed Internet connection, such as cable, DSL, or satellite. If your connection to the Internet is by dial-up modem or is slower than a DSL connection you will not be able to watch video, but you may be able to utilize audio only broadcasts. A DSL, cable modem or other high speed connection is required for viewing.

In addition to having a high-speed Internet connection, your computer should meet or exceed the following recommended system requirements:

In order to hear the audio components of our films and animations, your computer must be equipped with a 16-bit or better sound card and speakers

The video doesn't look very good:

Most issues with video quality are related to bandwidth issues.  Please check to make sure that no other devices are using bandwidth resources, and that you do not have any other programs running that could reduce your bandwidth, such as pier to pier downloads, torrents, or live updating anti-virus programs. I cannot view the content:

There may be an error with your browser. Try closing the browser, reopening it, clearing your browser cache, and accessing it again.  It also might be possible that your Internet Service Provider may be experiencing problems with their service. If you cannot view other pages, and if the problem persists, you should contact your Internet Service Provider.
