Turn It Blue Ticket Return & Ticket Request

Can’t Use your Tickets? Turn them back in and...TURN IT BLUE!

Members with football and men's basketball season tickets they cannot use are encouraged to "Turn It Blue" and make sure each seat is filled with a Tar Heel fan. When returning your tickets, your account will be given a non-monetary credit that will increase your priority point total.

To return or transfer tickets for UNC regular season home games:

ONLINE: Click
here and then click on the “Ticket Return” or “Ticket Transfer” button, located on the left-side menu.  Follow the instructions provided to return or transfer your tickets online.

CALL: You can also call the Turn It Blue voicemail at 919-843-5761 and leave a message with your name, membership ID number, the seat location and the game you wish to turn in. The original tickets can then be destroyed. Tickets will be re-issued with a new bar code for the Turn it Blue program.

Looking to request tickets?

Rams Club members can purchase individual game tickets three ways: through the individual on-sale in the fall, through UNC’s partnership with StubHub (available through www.goheels.com) or through the Turn It Blue program.

Requests for tickets through the Turn It Blue program can be made by calling The Rams Club at 919-843-2000. Please note that a member is notified of ticket availability the day of the game. You will be contacted ONLY if tickets become available.

The assignment of tickets is based upon the priority point system.

Those who obtain seats through the Turn It Blue program may pick up their tickets at the Will Call window, located at the athletic ticket office on the ground floor of the Ernie Williamson Athletic Center starting an hour and a half prior to tip-off.

Thank you for TURNING IT BLUE!

(NOTE: Turn it Blue credit cannot be used in lieu of Rams Club membership dues or for future ticket purchases. Please consult your personal tax advisor about the possibility of tax deductions.)
